Net Picks - Surtex 2015

I've only recently discovered what Surtex is and even though I won't be able to attend, I will have work present through my agency, Astound. Here are a few illustrators whose work I really like!

Surtex illustrators 2015

You probably notice a common theme of cuteness in all the picks above (sorry, just a sucker for lovely cute work!).

Bee Brown - I love Bee's cute whimsical style! She uses a lot of textures and patterns in her work which is really lovely. Her characters are simply adorable! She's represented by the  Jennifer Nelson Artists agency.

Victoria Johnson - I love how Victoria uses hand drawn and scanned media textures in her work. She mentions that vibrant color is the cornerstone of her work and he definitely does not disappoint in the department! Victoria is also represented by the Jennifer Nelson Artists agency.

Jill Howarth - Jill is another vector artist I highly respect. Her style is again super cute and her hand-drawn lettering is really nice! She has a lot of nice work on her blog.

Neiko Ng - Neiko has a very large and diverse portfolio. Her work ranges from digital, to hand drawn and even paper cuttings! I love her cute illustrations but she also does very pretty editorial work as well! She is represented by Bernstein & Andriulli.
